Lidl PLU Learning: The App for Efficient Customer Service
Lidl PLU Learning is an Android application developed by UAB Informacinių sistemų ir technologijų projektai for the employees of Lidl Lietuva. The app is designed to help employees efficiently and accurately work at the checkout counter and serve customers quickly.
The app has three modes: Learning, Training, and Game. The Learning mode is for familiarizing oneself with non-scannable products and their PLU codes. The Training mode is for better memorizing the names of products and their PLU codes. It provides two ways to learn to recognize products and their PLU codes: Name and PLU Code. The Game mode is for testing one's product recognition and PLU code input skills, with the goal of correctly entering 30 different PLU codes in the shortest possible time.
